My Husband Makes ZOBO (Hibiscus Punch) Vegan Nigerian Drink

Today's video is a healthy Nigerian zobo drink recipe. Zobo is an aromatic hibiscus punch, enjoyed across Nigeria and other parts of Africa and the Caribbean. It is sometimes called Sorrel, Sobolo, Bissap or Hibiscus Tea. It's great for the immune system and packed full of flavour. Youll need:

- 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 tbsp whole cloves
- 1 small fresh pineapple cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- fresh ginger
- 5 cups hot water
