Homemade Jam e Shirin Ice Cream, a must try recipe. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusionWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/2T540l7Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Jam e Shirin Ice creamRecipe in English:Ingredients:-Doodh (Full cream milk) 600 ml-Sugar Cup-Qarshi Jam e shirin 1/3 Cup-Cream 400 ml (room temperature)Directions:-In a wok,add full cream milk and bring it to boil and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes & keep mixing in between. -Add sugar,mix well and bring it to boil and cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes.-On low flame,add jam e shirin and mix well.-Turn off the flame,add cream and whisk until well combined & let it cool completely. -Strain the mixture in an airtight container,cover & freeze for 6 hours.-Take out from freezer and beat well for 5 minutes with the help of the beater (slush like consistency).-Cover and freeze again for 6 hours and repeat the same process of beating after another 6 hours.-Cover the surface of ice cream with cling film then cover with lid and freeze for 8 hours to overnight in freezer.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Doodh (Full cream milk) 600 ml-Sugar Cup-Qarshi Jam e shirin 1/3 Cup-Cream 400 ml (room temperature)Directions:-Karhai mein doodh dal ker ubal lein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.-Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad darmiyani ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein.-Chulha halka ker dein aur jam e shirin dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & completely thanda ker lein.-Mixture ko airtight container mein strain ker lein aur dhak ker 6 hours kliya freeze ker lein.-Freezer sa bahir nikal lein aur beater ki madad sa 5 minutes kliya ache tarhan beat ker lein (slush like consistency).-Cover ker lein aur dubara 6 hours kliya freeze ker lein aur 6 hours ka bad dubara beating wala process karein.-Ice cream ki surface ko cling film sa cover ker lein aur dhak ker 8 hours ya overnight kliya freezer mein freeze ker lein.
