Ingredients:
Prepare Chocolate Sundae Sauce:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Cocoa powder Cup
-Sugar Cup
-Water Cup
-Cornflour 1 tsp
-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Vanilla essence tsp
Dulce de leche Sauce:
-Sugar 1/3 Cup
-Makhan (Butter) 3-4 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 3 tbs
-Vanilla essence tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Condensed milk 1 Cup
Cookies & Cream Chocolate Sauce:
-Dulce De Leche Sauce
-Chocolate cake cut in cubes
-Peanuts/nuts
-Chocolate chunks
-Hico Dairy Cookies & Cream Ice Cream
-Chocolate Sauce
-Chocolate Chips
-M&ms
-Peanuts
-Wafer
-Cookies
Mango Delight Ice cream Sundae:
-Chocolate Sauce
-Wafers cubes
-Chocolate Chips
-Walnuts
-Jelly
-Hico Dairy Mango Ice Cream
-Dulce De Leche Sauce

Directions:
Prepare Chocolate Sundae Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add milk,cocoa powder,sugar & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame and bring it to boil.
-In a small bowl,add water,cornflour and whisk well.
-Now add dissolved cornflour in chocolate sauce,whisk well and cook until sauce thickens.
-Add butter,salt,vanilla essence and whisk well.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Dulce de leche Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add sugar & cook on very low flame until it caramelizes and turns brown.
-Add butter & mix well.
-Add milk,vanilla essence,salt,mix well and cook for a minute.
-Add condensed milk and mix until well combined.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Cookies & Cream Chocolate Sauce:
-In a serving glass,add dulce de leche sauce,chocolate cake pieces,peanuts/nuts,chocolate chunks cookies & cream ice cream,chocolate sundae sauce,chocolate chips,m&ms,peanuts,wafer,cookies & serve!
Prepare Mango Delight Ice cream Sundae:
-In a serving cup,add chocolate sundae sauce,wafer cubes,chocolate chips,walnuts,jelly,mango ice cream,dulce de leche sauce,choco balls,almonds,jelly,sprinkles,wafer roll,wafer biscuit & serve!

-Chulha on karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Chotay bowl mein pani aur cornflour dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chocolate sauce mein dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Makhan,namak aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.

-Saucepan mein cheeni dal dein aur bohat halki ancch per caramelize aur brown ho janay tak paka lein.
-Makhan dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Doodh,vanilla essence aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Condensed milk dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
