Here is a Idli Rava recipe that is so easy to make at home. These Rava Idlis are so tasty and can be made even at the last moment and served to unexpected guests who will enjoy it and praise you for your great cooking skills. As no fermentation is required very little time is required for preparation of this Idli recipe. Not only do these idlis look great but the crispiness makes it so yummy. Along with Peanut chutney, it makes this dish a healthy and balanced meal. Given below are the ingredients that go into making this Crispy Rava Idli with Peanut Chutney.

Ingredients:
(in the order of instructions)
For Peanut Chutney:
1 cup Peanuts
6 dry Red Chillies
4 Garlic Cloves
3-4 pieces of Tamarind/Imli
1/2 tsp Cumin/Jeera
Salt to taste
Water as required
1 tsp Oil
1/4 tsp Mustard/Rai seeds
1/4 tsp Jeera/Cumin
1/2 tsp Urad Dal
Few Curry leaves

Rava Idli:
1 cup Curd
1 1/2 cup Rava
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
Water as required
Few chopped Curry leaves
1/2 tsp Fruit salt
Oil as required
Mustard/Rai seeds as required
Jeera as required
