dough -- wheat flour
salt -- according to ur taste / 1 tsp
red chilly powder -- 1/2 tsp
jeera/ cumin seeds -- 1 tsp
cream/ ghar ki malai -- 1 tsp
black paper/ kali mirch -- 1 tsp
milk -- for kneading dough

subjii --
toori -- 1 cup chopped
ghiyaa/ lockee -- 1 cup chopped
desi ghee -- 1 tsp
jeera/ cumin seeds -- 1 tsp
red chilly powder -- 1/ 2tsp
salt -- 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
kasturi methi --1 tsp
corender powder -- 1 tsp
water for tarri according to ur taste
coriender leaves chopped -- 2 tsp
