Ingredients:
Fried noodles - 1 cup
Cabbage juliennes - 1 cup
Carrot juliennes - 1/2 cup
Capsicum juliennes - 1/2 cup
Green spring onion (only greens) - 1/2 cup
Schezwan sauce - 5 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 5 tbsp
Lemon juice - of 1 lemon
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste

Method:

1) Heat oil in wok add julienne of cabbages and carrot sauté for a while now add juliennes of capsicum and sauté for one minute
2) In a large bowl add all the vegetables fried noodles (crushed) schezwan sauce tomato ketchup lime juice, salt spring onion green now mix well plate it and serve
