This simple twist adds a crunchy texture and caramel-like flavor. ? recipe below Ingredients-1 large sweet potato, scrubbed-1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil-3 slices prosciutto- tablespoon brown sugar - teaspoon granulated sugar -1 tablespoon unsalted butter -1 teaspoon ground cinnamon-2 tablespoons raw walnuts, choppedPreparation-Preheat the oven to 400F (200C). Line a baking sheet with foil.-Drizzle the sweet potato with olive oil, then use a fork to poke several holes all over the outside. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for about 1 hour, until very tender.-Meanwhile, arrange the prosciutto on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, unti crispy. -In a small bowl, mix together the brown and granulated sugars.-Cut the baked sweet potato in half lengthwise. Score the flesh with a knife at -inch intervals, then spread the butter over both sides.
