Instant oats dosa, a healthy and easy to make mouthwatering crepe is a perfect breakfast dish and helps to maintain balanced diet.INGREDIENTS:Oats 1 cupWheat flour 1-2 tbsBaking powder ½ tsp Salt To tasteButter(cubes) 2-3 nosWater as requiredMETHOD:1. Take ¾ oats into mixie jar and blend into a powder and transfer into a bowl.2. To it add oats, wheat flour, baking powder, salt, butter and mix nicely.3. Add water and mix nicely to make a dosa batter consistency.4. Heat pan and pour ladleful of batter spread into round dosa.5. On top of dosa sprinkle oats, add butter and cook it.6.
