Instant Pot Carrot Bacon Chips (Air Fryer Lid)

Carrot Bacon seemed to take the interwebs by storm during quarantine. And it's basically exactly what it sounds like - sliced carrot in a sweet, savory, smoky and sticky glaze and then crisped to pay homage to bacon. So, of course, I decided to make my own version that's almost like carrot candy. But instead of using carrot strips, I use carrot chips which is way easier and better for perfect cooking.

But don't let this recipe fool you. We won't be pressure cooking our carrot bacon, but rather AIR FRYING it! And, we'll be using the Instant Pot Air Fryer Lid to make this happen.
