Since my Shrimp Scampi recipe was such a huge hit, I figured I would take a variation of that incredible sauce and let some mussels have a turn bathing in it. This is the PERFECT dish to make on a beautiful afternoon, evening or as an appetizer before a meal and you are going to think you where in the south of France when you slurp each one of these delicious gems.
