Ragi Paniyaram is super healthy and very easy to make. This can be eaten as breakfast or as an evening snack.It is made with Ragi flour, channadal, green chillies and idly/dosa batter.Ingredients:Dosa/idly batter- 3 cupsRagi flour- 1 cupSalt- 1 tspChannadal- 1/2 cupGreen chillies- 3Mustard seeds- 1 tspOil- 12 ozOnion-2Jeera- 1 tspDirections:1.Take idly/dosa batter in a bowl. Add salt, jeera, curry leaves,hing, rage flour, onion and channadal to the batter.2. Add water to bring it to the dosa batter consistency.3. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. When it starts to crackle , switch off the heat. Add it to the batter.4. Heat Paniyaram/Aappam kal. Pour oil in each hole/cup.When the oil is hot, pour a ladle of batter in each cup.5. When the edges turn little brown, flip the paniyaram upside down.Cook for 2-3 minutes .Insert a toothpick into the center of the paniyaram.
