Irresistible BIG shark nuggets & crispy batter @ 178 Lor Mee Singapore Hawker Food

Life has not always been smooth sailing for Mr Sim, the stallholder of 178 Lor Mee. Shortly after he set up the stall in 2003, he was diagnosed with eye cancer and had to have his left eye removed. But he persevered during the rock bottom of life. Fast forward till today, his Lor Mee has not only garnered streams of loyal customers but has also been listed in 2016 and 2017 Michelin Guide.

The uniqueness of his signature bowl lies with the big deep-fried shark nuggets and crispy batter. Added to flat yellow noodles, drenched with gooey gravy, and topped with minced garlic, black vinegar, coriander and chilli padi, the bowl is simply heavenly!

Taste it, if you haven't!
