Ice-Cream Cake

Ingredients for ice-cream cake batter:
Butter (room temperature) 200 g
Icing sugar 1 cup
Eggs 5
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Vanilla ice cream as required
Chocolate (chopped) as required
Chocolate ice cream as required
Bunties as required
Chocolate (melted) as required
Cookies (chopped) as required

Directions for Ice-cream bake preparation:
1. In a bowl add softened butter and beat it for a minute. Now add icing sugar then again beat it for 1-2 mins. Now gradually add eggs in it and beat it for 2- 3 mins.
2. Now add all-purpose flour, baking powder, and vanilla essence and beat it for 2-3 mins or until fluffy.
3. Now put the mixture into the cake mold and bake it in a preheated oven at 160C for 10-12 mins.
4. Now cut the cake into 3 equal layers. Now place first layer in the cake mold lined with cling film and add vanilla ice cream. Spread it evenly. Add chocolate pieces and place another cake layer. Add chocolate ice cream and spread evenly. Add bunties on it. Place third layer of cake, add vanilla ice cream and spread it evenly.
5. Pour melted chocolate on top and add bunties and cookie piece. Wrap the cake into cling film and freeze it overnight.
6. Ice cream cake is ready. Cut the slices and enjoy.
