Ingredients required
3 tbsp Ghee
Cumin seeds
Few curry leaves
Green chillies (crushed)
1 bowl Dudhi/Bottle Guard (grated) - Tip for preventing bottle guard turn black shared on 1:59
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tbsp Sendha Namak
Coriander leaves
Roasted peanut powder
Lemon during garnish
Serve hot and relish the dish!
