Jeera Rice is a perfectly cooked basmati rice with cumins and other Indian aromatic spices.This aromatic, delicious rice dish goes well with most Indian curries. You can prepare this in less than 30 minutes.Ingredients:Basmati rice- 1 cupButter- 1 tablespoonBayleaves-2Cardamom-4Cloves-3Jeera- 2 tablespoonsCinnamon stick- 1Water- 2 cupsSalt- 1/2 teaspoonDirections:1. Soak Basmati rice for 20 minutes. Drain water completely and keep it ready.2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter. Add bay leaves, cardamom, cloves, Jeera and cinnamon stick. Sauté for 30-40 seconds.3.
