This is Bakra Eid Special Pakistani Recipe.Kachay qeemay kay kabab in English:Ingredients:700g Beef Mince cup Coriander1 tsp Red chili flakes1 tsp Red chili powderSalt as per taste1 tsp Roasted Cumin1 tsp Roasted whole Coriander1 tsp Chili powder1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste1 cup Onion (finely chopped)1 tbsp Papaya powder tsp Garam masala tsp Turmeric3 tbsp Chickpea powder2-3 Green chiliDirections:In a chopper add beef mince, salt, red chili flakes, roasted cumin, roasted whole coriander, papaya powder, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, oil and blend well.Now in a bowl add blended mixture, onion, garlic/ginger paste, green chili, roasted chickpea powder, coriander, mix well and refrigerate for an hour.Apply oil or water on hands, take a hand full of mixture. Make thin and slightly bigger shaped kebab from the actual size you want. (Kebab will shrink).Then in a frying pan add oil and fry Kebab until brown.
