KACHCHE KEEME KE KABAB

Ingredients

500 grams chicken mince (keema)
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
½ tablespoon garam masala powder
½ tablespoon coriander powder
2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste
Oil for greasing and shallow-frying

Method

1. Combine chicken mince, onion, chopped coriander, garam masala powder, coriander powder, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and salt in a bowl and mix well.
2. Grease your palms with some oil and divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kababs.
3. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the kababs in it and shallow-fry till golden from both sides and the chicken is fully cooked.
4. Serve hot with green chutney.
