Dr. Saba Iqbal - Kachche Keeme ke Kabab KACHCHE KEEME KE KABABIngredients500 grams chicken mince (keema) 2 medium onions, finely chopped 1 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves½ tablespoon garam masala powder½ tablespoon coriander powder2-3 green chillies, finely chopped1 tablespoon ginger-garlic pasteSalt to tasteOil for greasing and shallow-frying Method1. Combine chicken mince, onion, chopped coriander, garam masala powder, coriander powder, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and salt in a bowl and mix well. 2. Grease your palms with some oil and divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kababs. 3. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the kababs in it and shallow-fry till golden from both sides and the chicken is fully cooked.4.
