Cook on low flame for 30-40 minutes (stir in between).•Pakora Preparations:-Mix gram flour,red chili podwer,baking soda,green chilies,salt and green coriander in a bowl. Add water in small quantities and mix well to form batter.-Heat oil in a wok,with a spoon drop the pakora batter in the oil.-Fry them until medium brown and crispy.-Add deep fried pakora in kadhi mixture, mix and stir well. Cook for 3-4 minutes and set aside.•Tarka preparations:-Heat oil in fry pan, add onion and saute little.-Add cumin seeds,whole red chillies,green chilies and curry leaves, saute for few seconds.-Add tarka in pakora khadi mixture.-Serve the kadhi hot with steamed rice.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:For Kadhi: • Baisan 1 cup• Pani 2 cups• Dahi (sour) 2 & ½ cup• Pani 1 cup• Pani 6-8 cups• Pyaz finely sliced 2 tbs (optional)• Kasuri methi 1 tsp (optional)• Adrak lehsan paste 1 tbs• Lal mirch gol 6-8• Zeera 1 tsp• Kari pata 6-8 • Hari mirch 2 • Haldee 1 tsp• Lal mirch powder 1 tsp or to taste• Namak 1 & ½ tsp or to tasteFor Pakora• Baisan 2 cups• Namak 1 tsp or to taste • Lal mirch powder 1 tsp• Hari mirch chopped 1-2 • Hara dhania 2 tbs• Pani hasb e zarooart• Oil for frying For Tarka:• Oil ½ cup• Pyaz sliced 2 tbs• Zeera ½ tsp• Lal mirch gol 4-6 • Hari mirch chopped 2 • Kari patta 6-8Directions:•Kadhi preparations:-Bowl mein basan aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur side per rakh dein.-Dahi ko whisk karein aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein,side per rakh dein.-Pot mein basan aur dahi ka mixture chaan ker dal dein,pani shamil karein aur mix ker lein.-Ab is mein pyaz,kasuri methi,adrak lehsan paste,sabut lal mirch,zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Is mein kari patta,hari mirchein aur haldi dal ker mix karein.-Lal mirch powder aur namak shamil ker k ache tarhan mix kerlein,halki ancch per 30-40 minutes kliya pakayein (darmiyan mein chamcha chalatya rahein).•Pakora Preparations:-Bowl mein basan,lal mirch powder,baking soda,hari mirchein,namak aur hara dhania shamil ker k mix karein. Thora thora ker k pani shamil kertay jayein aur batter tayyar ker lein.-Karhai mein oil garam karein aur chamchay ki madad sa pakora batter dal ker halka sunahiri aur crispy hunay tak fry ker lein.-Kadhi mixture mein fried pakora shamil ker k mix karein aur 3-4 minute kliya paka lein.•Tarka preparations:-Fry pan mein oil garam karein, pyaz dal ker saute ker lein.-Ab is mein zeera,sabut lal mirch,hari mirchein aur kari patta dal ker k saute ker lein.-Khadi ko chawal k saath garam garam serve karein.
