KALA CHANA CHAAT

Ingredients :
Kala chana soaked / sprouted & boiled – 2 cups
Tomatoes – 1 cup
Boiled potatoes – 1 cup
Onion – 1 cup chopped
Green chillies – 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp grated
Salt to taste
Rock salt – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1/4th tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/4th tsp
Roasted jeera powder – ½ tsp
Green chutney – 2 tbsp
Tamarind chutney – 3 tbsp
Mint leaves – 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves – ½ cup
