Kale parathas one of the most cooked parathas in my kitchen now-a-days. Greens like kale, spinach, methi leaves etc are healthy and rich with vitamins and fiber so I like to make different green paratha/thepla. My daughter also like it very much so I have one more reason to cook it frequent. This recipe is super simple and easy way of making kale paratha. I chopped kale and half cook it here as boiling kale will loose nutritions of it so i always prefer this way to make.
