Ingredients:Karela/ Bitter gourd 400 gGinger chopped 1 tspGarlic chopped 1 tbspOnion chopped 2 no’sGreen chilli chopped 2 -3 no’s Tomato chopped 3-4 no’sTurmeric powder 1/2 tspSalt to tasteKallonji ½ tspCumin Seeds ½ tspRed chilli powder 1 tspCoriander powder 1 tbspMango Powder 1 tspCoriander chopped 2 tbsp Method:1. Deskin and deseed the karela .. 2.Heat water in a pan and boil the karela with little salt and turmeric powder . Cook until soft. Remove and finely the karela3. Heat the oil in a pan add in Kallonji, cumin seeds and sauté. Then add in the chopped ginger and garlic and sauté 4. Add onion and green chilli; fry it till golden brown in color. 5. Then add tomato, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder, turmeric powder and Mix it well and cook for some time.Now add in the boiled chopped karela and mix well.
