Karlachi Bhaji (Bitter Melon/Gourd) By Archana | India Food Network

1/2 tsp rai (mustard seeds)
1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida)
2-3 tbsp oil
2 onions finely chopped
3 karela (bitter melon) finely chopped
Water
1 tbsp sugar
7-8 crushed garlic cloves
1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
1 tsp mix masala
Salt
Coriander
