Keema Khameeri Roti -- Fermented dough roti topped with a spicy keema mix.http://www.vahrehvah.com/keema-khameeri-rotiIngredients:Butter milk ¼ cupSaltSugar 1 tbAll purpose flour 1 cupMilk ½ cupMince meat 250 gOnion chopped 1nGarlic chopped 4 clovesMint 1 bCoriander 1 bGaram masala 1 tsChilly powder 1 tsTomatoes 2 nEgg 1 nDirections: Take a bowl, add butter milk, salt, sugar, all purpose flour and mix this well and rest it for over night. Take a bowl add fermented batter, add milk, all purpose flour, salt, mix it and knead it for 4 minutes and rest it for 5 minutes and add butter, again knead it for 5 minutes and cover it and let it rest for 2 hours. Take a bowl add mince meat, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped mint & coriander, salt, garam masala powder, chilly powder, chopped tomatoes, egg, mix it well.
