Subscribe to learn such awesome dessert.DRYFRUIT KHAJUR BARFIIngredients⅓ cup pistachios, chopped⅓ cup almonds, chopped1 cup seedless black dates, finely chopped1 tablespoon ghee + ½ teaspoon for greasing ¼ teaspoon green cardamom powderMethod1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add pistachios and almonds and sauté till they become golden brown in colour. 2. Add dates and quarter cup water and continue to cook till they become soft.3. Add green cardamom powder and mix well. Remove from heat.4. Grease the barfi tray with ghee and spread the mixture evenly in it.5. Allow it to set for thirty minutes and then cut into equal squares.6.
