Hello friends! Welcome to my channel and today we'll learn how to make matar kachori with a flavour of spinach in it . These deep-fried delicious palak dough balls stuffed with a spicy green pea mixture are a great snack during winter and rainly season.

INGREDIENTS (Quantity: 16 medium)

250 Plain flour (Maida)
4 tbsp Spinach (paste)
2 tbsp Curd (yogurt)
50 gm Ghee (1/4 cup)
500 gm Fresh Green Pea
1 Medium Onion (chopped)
2 Green Chili (finely chopped)
1 inch Ginger (Grated or finely chopped)
1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tsp Cummin Seeds
1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
1/ 4 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 Pinch Asafoetida
1 tsp Fennel powder
1 tsp coriander Powder
500 ml oil (to fry)
