A favorite North Indian recipe, Mutter Kheema is something that every vegetarian loves to indulge in, with pav, roti or paratha. Learn to make this absolutely delicious and mouth watering recipe by Chef Ruchi Bharani.

Ingredients:

1tbsp Ghee
1tsp Cumin Seeds
1big Onion
2 Small Tomatoes
1 inch piece Ginger
2 Green Chillies
4 cloves of Garlic
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander and Cumin Seed Powder
1 1/2 Cup boiled and mashed Green Peas
2 boiled and mashed Potatoes
100g Paneer Cubes
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Cream

Method:

- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds, finely chopped onions, chopped ginger, chilli and garlic.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes. Cook till the tomatoes are soft.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander and cumin seed powder.
- Add boiled and smashed green peas along with boiled and smashed potato.
- Add water.
- Add finely chopped paneer cubes along with coriander leaves. Add salt to taste.
- Add cream and mix well.
- Delicious mutter kheema is ready to serve.
