Kombucha is a a healthy drink full of probiotics. These popsicles are low in sugar as the kombucha has very little sugar and strawberries and raspberries contain less sugar than most fruits.

You can also use frozen berries in this recipe as well. So invite your children to help you make these fun popsicles. You'll all have a great time and end up with a healthy satisfying treat.

Kombucha Popsicle Recipe

Ingredients:
1 bottle of organic Kombucha, I like GT Synergy
1 basket of organic strawberries, stem removed
1 basket of organic raspberries
lime

Directions:
First off, dont shake the bottle of kombucha unless you want a shower! Its carbonated.

Place the cleaned berries and lime juice in a food processor and pulse until pureed. You can also use frozen berries, just let them thaw a bit before processing.

Fill popsicle molds about full with the berry puree and top them off with kombucha. Leave a little room for expansion for when the popsicle freezes. It will expand. Be sure to stir each popsicle with a spoon to mix everything together.

Place the stick holder into each popsicle and place popsicles into the freezer until firm. Overnight is best.

To serve, squeeze the popsicle to release. If it sticks, run cold water over the holder for a few seconds. The popsicle should release. Enjoy!
