INGREDIENTS1 cup black eyed beans3 Chili peppers1 small size onion(chopped)3 eggsOil1tbs saltPREPARATION1. Soak beans overnight.2. Rinse and skin the beans by rubbing between your fingers to remove skin and black eye.3.Blend beans, chili peppers and onions together.4. Pour mixture into a bowl, add salt, eggs and stir.5. Heat oil in a pan and carefully scoop small size of the mixture into the oil.6. Fry until golden brown7. Drain excess oil on paper towel8. Serve hot or cold.9. Enjoy.
