Korean Beef Tacos in 15 minutes

Ive got another one-pan recipe that your family is sure to love. I mean, can you really go wrong with tacos? Nope! And these ones take next to no time and Im willing to bet that you have most of the ingredients on hand right now!

These Korean-inspired beef tacos are mouthwatering, flavorful and oh-so-satisfying.

Ingredients
cup maple syrup or brown sugar
cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or more to taste
teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon vegetable oil (like canola)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground beef
2 green onions, thinly sliced
teaspoon sesame seeds
Small tortillas

Fixings:
Asian slaw
Sesame seeds
Green onion

Steps:
Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and ginger in a bowl.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Saut garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add ground beef, cook until browned and crumbled, about 3-5 minutes; drain excess fat. Stir in soy sauce mixture and green onions, simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve immediately, garnished with green onion and sesame seeds if desired.
