Were capping things off with these delicious Family-Style Airfryer Salmon Bowls . You can customize the add-ons and switch up the seasoning if you wish, but this is the way we love them. Salmon is an amazing source of omega-3 fatty acids which we tend not to get enough of in our diets.

What you need:
1.5 lbs Fresh salmon
2 tsp Sesame oil
Seasoning (2 tsp seasoning salt + 2 tsp chipotle mango + 2 tsp garlic powder)
Rice (leftover is fine)
Edamame beans (I bought frozen)
Mango (fresh or frozen), cucumber, avocado
Sriracha Mayo, sesame seeds

Steps:
Dice your cucumber, mango, avocado and set aside
Cube your salmon, drizzle sesame oil on and then season and toss to coat
Place salmon in your airfryer and cook at 400 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden brown on top
Set out all of the ingredients, family style
Build your bowls and top with desired toppings
