Amazingly delicious, Korean Mocha Bread Recipe by Food Fusion. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusionWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/2WVdAbTVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kid's special recipes.Korean Mocha BreadRecipe in English:Ingredients:-Doodh (Milk) warm 1/3 Cup-Instant coffee 1 tbs-Anda (Egg) whisked 1-Lukewarm water Cup-Sugar 1 tbs-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tspPrepare Bread Dough:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups-Atta (Wheat flour) 2 tbs-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) Cup-Namak (Salt) tsp-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup-Makhan (Butter) 60gPrepare Crust Dough:-Makhan (Butter) 40g-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 50g-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1-Anday ki safedi (Egg white) 1-Instant coffee 2 tsp-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup-Baking powder tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch-Kali kishmish (Black raisins) Cup (soaked for 15 minutes)Directions:-In small jug,add warm milk,instant coffee & whisk well.-Add egg,whisk well & set aside.-In a jug,add lukewarm water,sugar,instant yeast & whisk well,cover & let it rest for 8-10 minutes.Prepare Bread Dough:-In flour kneading machine,add all-purpose flour,wheat flour,caster sugar,salt & mix well.-Add coffee mixture,yeast mixture,mix well & knead for 18-20 minutes. -Add all-purpose flour & knead until well combined.-Add butter & knead until smooth & stretchy dough is formed (8-10 minutes).-Grease dough with cooking oil,cover with cling film & let it proof for 1 hour.Prepare Crust Dough:-In a bowl,add butter & whisk well until creamy.-Add caster sugar & whisk well.-Add egg yolk & whisk well.-Add egg white & whisk until creamy.-Place a sifter on bowl,add instant coffee & sift it.-Add all-purpose flour,baking powder and sift together.-Add salt and mix well until smooth dough is formed,cover & refrigerate for 25-30 minutes.-When the dough has proofed,dust dry flour & knead dough again.-Divide the dough into 3 parts,take one part,dust dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.-Spread black raisins,press slightly with the help of rolling pin & roll the dough toward the top,pinch & seal the edges (makes 3 & 210g each).-Place breads on a greased baking tray.-Place the crust dough on a clean working surface,knead until smooth & divide into 3 portions. -Take one part,dust dry flour,make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin.-Spray water on the loaves lightly then cover the top of the loaves with rolled crust.-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 22-25 minutes (on both grills).-Serve with coffee or tea.Recipe in Urdu:Directions:-Chotay jug mein neem garam doodh aur instant coffee dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Anda dal ker dubara whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Jug mein neem garam pani,cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur dhak ker 8-10 minutes kliya chor dein.Prepare Bread Dough:-Flour kneading machine mein maida,atta,bareek cheeni aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Coffee mixture aur yeast mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker ka ghond lein (18-20 minutes). -Maida shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Makhan dal dein aur smooth & stretchy dough banay tak ghond lein (8-10 minutes).-Dough ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour proof hunay kliya rakh dein.Prepare Crust Dough:-Bowl mein makhan dal dein aur creamy hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Bareek cheeni dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Anday ki zardi dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.-Anday ki safedi dal dein aur creamy huany tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Bowl per sifter rakh dein aur instant coffee dal ker sift ker lein.-Maida aur baking powderb dal ker ek saath sift ker lein.-Namak dal dein aur smooth dough bannay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein aur dhak ker 25-30 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.-Jab dough proofed ho jaye tou maida chirak ker dubara ghond.-Dough ko 3 parts mein divide ker leun,ek part lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.-Kali kishmish dal ker rolling pin ki madad sa slightly press ker lein aur dough ko roll ker ka edges ko press ker ka seal ker lein (makes 3 & 210g each).-Baking tray per breads rakh dein.-Crust dough ko clean working surface per dal ker smooth hunay tak ghond lein aur 3 portions mein divide ker lein.-Ek part lein aur maida chirak ker ball bana lein phir rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.-Loaves per pani ka spray karein phir loaves ki top ko rolled crust sa cover ker lein.-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 22-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills).-Coffee or tea ka saath serve karein.
