Korean Rice Cake Soup Recipe

A simple but hearty and comforting soup with chewy rice cakes and special garnishes.

Ingredients:
7 c cold filtered water
4-5 anchovies
2-3" piece of kelp
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tb fish sauce
1 ts sesame oil
3 cloves minced garlic
3 c rice cakes
4 beaten eggs (half for the garnish/half for the broth)
1 sheet crumbled, roasted seaweed paper and sesame oil
2 chopped green onions
