Kuttu ki tikki Ingredients

Potato boiled - 1/2 kg
Kuttu ka atta - 3 Tbsp
Roasted peanut powder - 1 Tbsp
Dry pudina powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Zeera - 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Green chilli finely chopped - 2
Oil for frying

Method to cook Kuttu ki tikki

* Mashed potato in a bowl with all spices and kuttu ka atta.
* Mash well and add 2 tsp oil also in it.
* Now make round tikkis
* Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them from both the sides.
* Serve hot with green chutney.
