Blend all ingredients together except oil. Heat oil in a saucepan and add grinded ingredients, mix well until done.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Lehsan 1cup-Sabut lal mirch 12-15 or to taste-Zeera 1- ½ tbs-Namak 1- ½ tsp ya hasb e zaroorat-Oil 1tbs-Pani ½ cup or hasb e zarooratDirections:-Grinder mein lehsan,sabut lal mirch,zeera,namak,oil aur pani dal ker ache tarhan grind ker k paste bana lein.-Chutney tayyar hai.Tip: Agar kacha lehsan na pasand ho tou, oil ke elawa sab cheezen grind karlen.
