LAL PANEER | RED PANEER CURRY | KASHMIRI LAL PANEER | LAL CHAMAN | Indian Mom's Kitchen

Here is a red, yummy, paneer recipe - the Lal Paneer or the Red Paneer Curry, also known as the Kashmiri Lal Paneer or the Lal Chaman. This curry can be had not only with rotis but also with rice. It is easy to make and will find favour with one and all especially during get togethers. So let me take you into my kitchen, the Indian Mom's Kitchen and show you how to make Lal Paneer or Lal Chaman.

Ingredients of Lal Paneer recipe:
1 tbsp Oil
1 Black Cardamom/Badi Elaichi
2 Cardamom/Elaichi
1 Bay Leaf/Tej Patta
2 Onions
3 Green Chillies/Hari Mirch
1 inch piece of Ginger/Adrak
10 Lehsun/Garlic cloves
15 Black Pepper/Kali Miri
3 Cloves/Laung
1 tsp Jeera/Cumin
1/2 tsp Haldi/Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Sonth/Dry Ginger powder
1 tsp Fennel/Saunf
1 tbsp Dhania/Coriander seeds
10 Kashmiri Red Chillies
1 Tomato
Salt to taste
3 tbsp Oil
250 gms Paneer
1 cup Water
1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
1 tsp Garam masala
Few Coriander leaves
