Lalboplachi Barith - kadoo Bartha ,pumpkin mashed and made into raitaIngredientsDirections1/2 tsp Cumin seeds1 tbsp Freshly ground coconut2-3 number Green chillies, choppedpinch Hing1 tbsp Oil250 grams Red pumpkin, boiled and mashed0 Salt to taste1 tsp Sugar1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1 cup Whisked YoghurtPeel the skin, cut pumpkin into pieces and cook until they are soft. Mash and keep aside. Add 1 tbsp oil in hot pan, add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, pinch of hing and turmeric. Sauté and add freshly ground coconut, mashed pumpkin, salt, sugar and mix well. Switch off the flame.
