LAPSI AUR SHIMLA MIRCH SALADIngredients1 cups-soaked broken wheat (lapsi)1 large red capsicum (lal shimla mirch)1 large yellow capsicum (pili shimla mirch)1 medium onion, sliced2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leavesSalt to taste White pepper powder to taste A pinch of sugar1 tbsp lemon juice4 tbsps finely chopped fresh mint leavesA few leaves of iceberg lettuceMethod1. Roast each capsicum over direct flame till well charred from all sides. Set aside to cool. 2. Add the soaked broken wheat, onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves, salt, white pepper, and sugar, lemon juice, mint leaves and mix till well combined.3. Peel the charred capsicums and cut into small pieces and add to the bowl.4. Tear the iceberg lettuce leaves and add into the salad bowl and toss well.
