Layali Lubnan (Semolina Pudding)
Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Prema milk 1 litre
-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup or to taste
-Sooji (Semolina) 3/4 Cup
-Rose water 2 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Anda (Egg) beaten 1
-Cream 200 ml (chilled)
-Pissi hoye cheeni (Powdered sugar) 3 tbs or to taste
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Pista (pistachios)

Directions:
-In wok,add milk and bring it to boil.
-Add sugar,semolina,mix well and cook on low flame until it thickens (approx. 8-10 minutes) and keep mixing in between.
-Add rose water,vanilla essence and mix well.
-In beaten egg,add 1/4 cup of cook semolina mixture and whisk well.
-Now pour in wok and mix until well combined.
-In serving dish,add semolina mixture and let it cool down and refrigerate for 2 hours.
-In bowl,add cream,powdered sugar,vanilla essence and beat until fluffy.
-On serving dish,add a layer of prepared cream and spread evenly.
-Garnish with pistachios & serve!

Ajza:
-Prema milk 1 litre
-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup or to taste
-Sooji (Semolina) 3/4 Cup
-Rose water 2 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Anda (Egg) beaten 1
-Cream 200 ml (chilled)
-Pissi hoye cheeni (Powdered sugar) 3 tbs or to taste
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Pista (pistachios)

Directions:
-Karhai mein doodh dal ker ubal lein.
-Cheeni aur sooji dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha hunay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes) aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Rose water aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarha mix ker lein.
-Pheetay hoye anday mein 1/4 cup cooked sooji ka mixture dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Karhai mein dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Serving dish mein sooji ka mixture dal dein aur thanda ker lein aur 2 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Bowl mein cream,powdered cheeni aur vanill essence dal dein aur fluffy hunay tak beat ker lein.
-Serving dish mein tayyar cream ki layer dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
