Give it a try and and share your experience.Ingredients for chicken: 1 whole Chicken (with skin)2 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp Olive oil Salt to taste 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Black pepper powder 1 tbsp red chili powder 1 tbsp Garlic paste Ingredients for dipping: 1/2 cup Yogurt (drained) 1 tbsp Olive oil 1 tsp Lemon juice Salt to taste 1 tsp Garlic paste 1 tbsp Green onion (chopped) Ingredients for rice: 1 cup Rice 1 tsp Yellow food color Salt to taste 1 tbsp Peanuts 1 tbsp Almonds 1 tbsp Cashew nuts Directions for chicken: In a bowl add butter, olive oil, salt, lemon juice, black pepper, red chili powder, garlic paste and ,mix well. Marinate the whole chicken with mixture and keep in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight. Cover in aluminum foil and bake at 250 degree for 30 to 35 minutes. Then bake again without aluminum foil until light brown. Directions for dipping: In a bowl add yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic paste and green onion. Mix all the ingredients well and your dipping is ready. Directions for rice: Take a pot add water, oil, food color, salt, peanuts, almond, cashew nuts and rice. Cook on medium heat until water dries out. Simmer rice on low heat for 5 to 6 minutes and serve hot. Preparation time: 30 minutes Cooking time: 1 hour Serving: 3-4
