From a daily routine food we cook we can even make Roti’s differently like this.Ingredients:• Rice : 1 ½ Cup (Leftover Rice)• Rice Flour : ½ Cup (Wheat Flour can also be used)• Carrot Grated : ¼ Cup• Onion : ¼ Cup Finely Chopped• Coriander Leaves : ¼ Cup Finely Chopped• Green Chiles : 3 to 4 finely Chopped• Cumin Seeds : 1 Teaspoon• Salt : 1 or 1 ½ Teaspoon or as needed• Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 Teaspoon• Curd : 2 TablespoonsMethod of Preparation:• Add 1 ½ Cup of Leftover rice to a mixing bowl, mash it with a masher or blender.• Add ½ Cup Rice Flour (wheat flour can also be used.)• Add ¼ Cup Grated Carrot.• Add ¼ Cup finely chopped Onions, 1/4th Cup finely chopped Coriander Leaves.• Add 3 to 4 Green Chiles finely chopped, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds and 1 or 1 ½ Tsp Salt.• Add 1 Teaspoon of Ginger Garlic Paste and 2 tbs of Curd.• Mix them all and knead it into a soft and tight Dough.• Heat a pan. Will roll it out into a Roti on a foil so that it would easily come out.• Take a small ball sized portion of the dough, grease the foil with some oil and roll it.• Grease your hands with some oil or water.• Take the rolled roti on to your hand and place it on to the heated pan.• Spread some oil and cook the roti on either sides for 3 to 4 minutes on low-medium flame.• Cook the Roti Till light brown and well cooked.• So our leftover Rice Roti’s are ready.• Can have it directly or with some curry or chutney of your choice.Leftover Rice Roti Recipe | మిగిలిన అన్నం తో వేడి వేడిగా మసాలా రొట్టె లు చేయండి| Rice Roti in Telugu
