A perfect tea time snack made with spinach, methi and garlic.LEHSUNI PALAK METHI PAKORA Ingredients2 tablespoons chopped garlic (lehsun)2 cups shredded spinach (palak)1 cup shredded fresh fenugreek leaves (methi)1 cup gram flour 1 large onion, sliced1 teaspoon carom seeds¼ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon baking soda½ teaspoon dried mango powderSalt to taste Oil for deep-frying Method1. Take spinach in a bowl. Add fenugreek leaves, onion, carom seeds, gram flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder, baking soda and dried mango powder and mix well.2. Add salt and mix. Add little water and mix again. 3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop in portions of the prepared mixture and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.4. Serve hot.
