Presenting to you a rather unique way of celebrating the summer fruit of litchi by blending the sober pulp of litchi in a fresh splash of milk..seasoned with the richness of cardamom and a dish which is gonna take sweet lovers..pretty close to the heaven of food❤️❤️❤️.
It is extremely simple to make...delicious to taste with a royal touch of litchi embedded in our forever favourite kheer

Ingredients (Serves 4 persons)

Milk 500ml
Atop chal (Ambemore or Gobindobhog) 1.5 Tsp
Litchi 10
Sugar 3Tsp
Cardamom or choto alach 2
Bayleaf or tejpata 1
Saffron or kesar few strands
Rose water 1 tsp
Kewra jhol few drops

Tips
1. Use good quality full fat milk .
2.Definately use sweet Litchi.
3.Serve it after refrigeration.
