Low Carb Chicken Patties | Poulami Chatterjee

These low carb chicken patties are perfectly juicy from inside and crispy from outside, healthy meal option that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. I have used ground chicken in this recipe, but you can also use your leftover rotisserie chicken. You can also make them after Thanksgiving to use up leftover turkey. Make this recipe once and I promise it'll be the next favourite of your family.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup ground chicken
2 eggs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 1/2 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped garlic
3 tbsp chopped coriander
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 - 3 tbsp virgin olive oil
