This could possibly be the most simple recipe that I could eat all the time! Its great for if youre looking to meal prep something high protein and youre short on time. Ill list the ingredients below.

6 Mandarins
2 lbs Shredded Chicken
4 Celery stalks (Chopped)
Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

Literally just add everything together, portion it out into meal prep containers, and refrigerate until youre ready to enjoy!

Dont forget to add your favorite side like: nuts, crackers, or chips.
