Mac And Cheese Tikka Samosa Recipe In English
Ingredients :
1 cup Macaroni (boiled)
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp All-purpose flour
2 cups Milk
1 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp White pepper
Salt to taste
300g Chicken mince
2 tbsp Tikka seasoning
1 pack Samosa patti
3-4 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
1/2 tbsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic powder
Ingredients for tikka seasoning:
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tbsp Chili powder
Salt to taste
Directions:
In a bowl add coriander powder, paprika, turmeric, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, cumin powder, black pepper, chili powder and salt. Mix well and tikka seasoning is ready.
Heat oil in a pan, add chicken mince, 2 tablespoon tikka seasoning and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on medium low flame. Set aside.
In another pan add butter, flour and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Then add milk and mix it well.
Add black pepper, white pepper, salt, garlic powder, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until sauce is thicken.
Then add boiled macaroni, oregano and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add coriander and set aside.
Take samosa patti, add filling and fold it like a samosa.
Heat oil in a pan and fry samosa until light golden brown.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 25-30 minutes
Serving: 6-7
