Madhur Pulao (Sweet Rice) - Palak Paneer Spinach Cottage Cheese Recipe | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Madhur pulao, sweet pulao
Ingredients;-
Basmati rice - 2cups
Sugar - 2cups
Water - 2cups
Cloves - 4no’s
Bay leaf - 1
Cinnamon stick - 1
Coconut - 10no’s
Cashew nuts - 1tbs
Almonds - 1tbs
Pista - 1tbs
Raisins - 1tbs
Dates - 1tbs
Ghee - 1/2cup
Method;-
Heat a pan add water, and boil it.
Add cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, ghee, soaked basmati rice,
And cook in a slow flame.
Take another pan add sugar, water, and add saffron, and mix it.
Make sugar syrup.
Heat a pan add ghee, coconut pieces, cashew nuts, almonds, fry
In slow flame. And add soaked & peeled pista, raisins, dates,
sugar syrup,boiled rice, and cook for 15 minutes in slow flame.

Kashmiri palak paneer
Ingredients;-
Paneer - 1cup
Spinach - 4bunch
Cloves - 4no’s
Kashmiri chillies - 2no’s
Hing - pinch
Ginger powder - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Fennel powder - 2tsp
Green chillies - 4no’s
Mustard oil - 1/2cup
Salt - to taste
Water - as required
Method;-
Heat a pan add mustard oil, paneer pieces and cook it.
Get the nice colour, keep a side.
In the same oil, add cloves, kashmiri chilies, hing, ginger powder,
Turmeric powder, fennel powder, some water, salt, green chillies,
And mix it.
Now add spinach, and cook it nicely.
And add paneer pieces and mix it.
Transfer in to a plate and serve with hot rice.
