Try Maiday Ka Halwa Recipe. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusionWritten Recipe: http://bit.ly/2NaGwrOVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Maiday ka halwaServes 5-6Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups-Sooji (Semolina) 2 tbs-Ghee 2 tbs-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required -Cooking oil for frying -Ghee 1 Cup-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cups-Sooji (Semolina) 2 tbs-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 2 tsp-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup or to taste-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch-Badam (Almonds) chopped ¼ Cup-Pista (Pistachio) chopped 2 tbs-Kaju (Cashew nuts) chopped 2 tbs -Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required -Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ¼ tsp + Pani (Water) 1 tbs Directions:-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,semolina,ghee,salt and mix well.-Gradually add water and knead until firm dough is formed.-Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.-Grease hand with oil and knead dough again until smooth.-Take a small dough and make a ball,sprinkle flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin & prick with fork (makes 7-8).-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry until golden & crispy.-In pot,add ghee and let it melt.-Add all-purpose flour and semolina,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.-Add cardamom powder and mix well.-Add caster sugar and salt,mix well and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes and keep mixing in between.-Add almonds,pistachio,cashew nuts and mix well.-Add water,mix continuously and cook until crumbled (approx.5-6 minutes).-Add dissolve yellow food color and mix well,cook until it leave the sides of the pot (approx.5-6 minutes).Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups-Sooji (Semolina) 2 tbs-Ghee 2 tbs-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required -Cooking oil for frying -Ghee 1 Cup-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cups-Sooji (Semolina) 2 tbs-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 2 tsp-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup or to taste-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch-Badam (Almonds) chopped ¼ Cup-Pista (Pistachio) chopped 2 tbs-Kaju (Cashew nuts) chopped 2 tbs -Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required -Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ¼ tsp + Pani (Water) 1 tbsDirections:-Bowl mein maida,sooji,ghee aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker firm dough tayyar ker lein.-Dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya rakh dein.-Haath ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.-Chota dough lein aur ball bana lein,maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa dough ko bail lein aur fork ki madad sa prick karein (makes 7-8).-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur golden & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein.-Pot mein ghee dal ker melt karein.-Maida aur sooji dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Elaichi powder dal ker mix karein.-Bareek cheeni aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.-Badam,pista aur kaju dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Pani shamil karein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein aur crumbled hunay tak paka lein (approx.5-6 minutes).-Dissolve zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein (approx.5-6 minutes).
