Make simple noodles more Healthy and Nutritious with Lots of Vegetables
Here, I have added available vegetables to make noodles, healthy and nutritious. This noodles is suitable for all age groups and this contains less fat, more fiber and very nutritious. This noodles is suitable for kid's evening snack or after sports snack. I have tried to make noodles with available vegetables but you can add any kind of vegetable of your choice and availability.(Hindi)
Ingredients:
Vegetables:
1. 1/2 Cup Broccoli
2. 1/2 Cup Carrot
3. 1/2 cup Capsicum
4. 1/2 cup Mutter
5. 1/2 cup Mushroom
6. 1/2 cup Baby corn
7. 1/2 cup Sweet corn
8. Dhaniya / Coriander for Garnishing
Any Kind of noodles and its masala and Water
Additional Masala
1. Black Pepper Powder
2. Lal Mirch Powder
3. Maggi Magic Masala Powder
4. Salt to taste
