MALAYSIAN STREET FOOD - 100 Year Old Street Food in Penang | BEST SEAFOOD + Chinese Street Food | Luke Martin

PENANG STREET FOOD Tour + RARE 100 Year Old Ais Tingkap

We have come back to Malaysia to eat some serious street food! Malaysia is a melting pot of different types of food - Malaysian street food, Chinese street food, Indian street food and MORE! We even sample a traditional Sri Lanka style drink that was brought to Penang Malaysia almost 100 years ago, Ais Tingkap is an institution now in Penang, and you can't find this drink anywhere else in the world. We start the day of by sampling a Chinese/Cantonese style street food - dimsum! Next we cool off with the refreshing Sri Lankan street drink - Ais Tingkap. Then, we eat some traditional Chinese street food - rice porridge with braised meats and more. To wash that Chinese food down, we try some street side coconut water, which was super fresh. Finally, we end the day eating some classic Malaysian food - ikan baker (stingray), char kway teow and chicken satay with peanut sauce! What a day!
