Malpua is a sweet Indian dish. It is an easy recipe to make at home. It can be eaten both hot and cold.
Ingredients :
Wheat Flour: 200 grams
Milk: 250grams
Sugar: 75 grams
Dry Fruits: 50 grams (finely chopped)
Fennel Seeds: I tablespoon
Semolina / Suzi : 50 grams
Cooking Oil: Ghee / Refine Oil – To fry

The cooking method of Malpua Recipe -
• Take 2 cups of mild hot milk in a bowl, add sugar and mix properly.
• Cover and leave it for 55 minutes.
• Then add wheat flour to the milk in small quantities and keep mixing.
• To it add fennel seeds and dry fruits.
• Preheat the oil in the pan.
• Pour the batter with a spoon in a round shape into the pan. Flip it and cook it on both sides until golden brown.
• Fry the malpua on medium flame.
• Fry only one malpua at a time.
Servings –
Garnish it with dry fruits. You can make up to 16 malpuas with this batter. So serve this crispy sweet Malpua to your family today.
